I informed the banker, Jonathan Hammond, that my father had a mini stroke and suffered brain trauma only 10 days prior and that he may get confused easily. Jonathan, however, was rude, cold, sarcastic and completely unprofessional. I sat there listening to this Wells Fargo employee in absolute utter disbelief at how he treated my father - who not only is a long term customer, but also elderly and medically injured. Way to go, Jonathan! We will be switching all my father’s banking needs to another bank thanks to your single handed treatment of my father!! I sure hope Mr. Hammond is subject to some serious sensitivity training and coached on how to be professional and kind in his work environment!! The way he treated my dad was absolutely disgusting. Shame on this branch and this banking institution for having someone like him represent them!!!
