I pointed this out immediately after seeing the receipt and asked them to transfer it to my account. However, your employees need more training. If customers have to point out such mistakes, it undermines trust and actually causes anxiety. We are entrusting you with our valuable money, so please manage it properly and provide adequate training to your staff.

As soon as one of the Employees Saw me ( the Employees name is Mohammed ), he closed his register. He Refused to help me and Said, “were closed”! The other two employees Helped me and the rest of the customers. Not very professional.
