She reviewed everything with the branch manager, Ricardo, and together they exceeded my expectations by helping me open a new checking account. Thank you both for the excellent service!
- SHSarah HoggeJul 8, 20254.0Picture this, walking into a bank, expecting to cash in your old piggy bank (bills and coins) WHAM, no coin machine. Here I am now enemy number 1 to all of these patrons, wallet tapping, huffing and puffing… I even offer to just take my coins home. The angel of a teller tells me that it’s okay and continues to count my coins. I almost wish she told me to take them back it would have been better! I have never been to a bank that DOESN’T HAVE A COIN COUNTER. Like I know it wasn’t the teller’s fault, and she was great… but I can never show my face again.
