- RKRonnie Kilpatrick3 days ago1.0The manager of this bank is a complete and utter bully. Would not allow me to close my bank account, giving a litany of different reasons that made no sense. None of which were true as I was able to make one 2 hour long phone call (crazy people want to close their accounts) after leaving, to close my account. On top of this he was extremely rude. James Murphy it's amazing you've gotten this far, there are frat house futons that show more character and personality than you do.
- MMMikeDec 20, 20251.0More than half the time I'm here the ATM is either down, out of cash, or being worked on. Really needs more than one drive thru or lobby ATMs like their other nearby locations. Lobby and teller hours are also very short even on Fridays, no weekend hours.
