- AMAbood MNov 25, 20251.0I sent a domestic wire over a month ago and it was never received. It’s still “on hold” for reasons no one can explain. I had to physically come into a Wells Fargo branch just to get answers. When I arrived, the manager made me wait, only to come back and tell me, “Sorry, we don’t have any bankers available.” I was the only customer in the entire branch. What made it worse is that I overheard a banker telling his coworkers, “I’m free till 3:30,” even though it was only 1:00 PM when I walked in. So clearly, help was available — they just didn’t want to bother. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional banking experiences I’ve ever had. Wells Fargo needs to do a lot better

- TBTony BAug 4, 20251.0Very disappointing experience. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over 12 years and currently hold multiple business accounts with them. Today, I respectfully requested a waiver for a $10 cashier’s check fee - a small gesture I believe is reasonable considering my long-standing relationship with the bank. The manager stated that if she waived the fee for me, she would have to do it for everyone else who asked. This response clearly implies that fee waivers are possible, but she simply chose not to assist in my case. It’s frustrating to feel that customer loyalty and years of business don’t count for much. I expected better service from a bank I’ve supported for over a decade.
