- MEmarco espindolaMay 24, 20231.0I was at the lobby for 20 min and not one acknowledged me and it was a guy on one of the offices playing with his phone so he saw me and close his door , so I get up and left I own a business and I was there because I have a phone call about posible fraudulent activities on my account, unfortunately I came straight from work so I was dirty and been Spanish May have something todo anyway I won’t be back to this location ever .
- BBBrian bolcarOct 30, 20171.0WF finds the a way to make the simplest items complicated and not user friendly. One cannot get check images from online banking. The info on the back is also removed. For business checking they are even worse. I would recommend BB&T, PNC, Chase all over them. I was a very happy Wachovia customer, but WF just finds ways to make things difficult for it's customers. Will slowly get my account moved to another bank. Tired of the wasted time
