This is not a valid reason at all, im a babysitter and the kids were with me in the car, I needed to fill my tank and these people was so rude and i am very disappointed of having an account here, this was a bad service. El día de hoy estuve en esta agencia fui a retirar mi dinero porque necesitaba ir a la gasolinera y las personas que me atendieron no me dejaron sacar mi dinero porque ellos dicen que la cuenta es nueva, esto no es un motivo válido yo soy niñera y estaba con 3 bebés en el carro necesitaba gasolina y estas personas fueron tan groseras realmente estoy muy arrepentida de tener una cuenta aquí regresaré a cerrarla , que falta de humanidad no puedo transferir y tampoco tengo tarjeta de débito me acerque con mi Identificación para retirar y simplemente no les dio la gana de ayudarme que mal servicio.

They process debits before credits, process your biggest debit first if it gets you to bounce smaller ones at $35.00 a pop. Worse phone service of any bank I've ever used. Make an appointment before you go, even for simple questions or get a wall of attitude.
