My husband and I recently opened a new account here. We had a mixup with opening the account but Amya went above and beyond to handle the situation professionally and got everything straightened out. Thanks Amya and team! We are happy customers

It is the worst bank I have ever been to. I wanted to know if the check given to me for my security deposit would not bounce. First the teller says she will charge me a $1. Then she told me she didn’t have authority to cash $1300! Are you serious!? Then she went I quest to speak to someone. She came back and I asked her is everything ok, is there money in the account? Then she called the company who issued the check to see if they wrote them .🙄As she was getting ready to cash the check I asked for it back because I bank with PNC a much better bank and SECU. This was by far the worst and I’m writing their corporate office. At age 64 I thought I was a criminal...lol. They don’t deserve one star!!!
