At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Always understaffed, always spend way more time than I should at this branch doing simple tasks like deposits and withdrawals.

This is one of the worst branches ever!!!!!!!! I wish they were still BBT and Suntrust separate. Ever since they merged and created this name Truist, they have been the worst bank ever! They keep making mistakes that exposes people's personal information, yet still they say they keep your information private. For instance, they had the wrong social security number on my account. They admitted to it being another member's social security number and apologized. An apology does not fix the fact they you are exposing other people's person information.
This branch should be shut down! Truist needs to separate and go back to being Suntrust and BBT. The service at this branch is terrible!!!! The branch representatives make mistakes that causes issues with the accounts, like granting access to accounts online that someone is not joint on. This is another breach of privacy!
The supervisor is hardly ever there, so if you want to complain in person, they are hardly around!!!!
Highly dissatisfied!
