I called a few times left messages, and no one returned my call. You can forget about that customer service, like many they want you to handle business on app or website. There are some times you need human contact. Not the employees' fault, upper management to blame. Still no better. Rep called me 2 weeks ago. I responded in a call back 2 emails and no response. I think Truist is for Corporate only. Awful service.
