DO NOT BANK HERE. Came to this location to make a deposit in their outdoor ATM. Despite the ATM taking and counting my money, an error message popped up cancelling the transaction while not returning my cash to me. I entered the bank to get this fixed only to be told that the ATM is operated by an “outside entity” and therefore this location could not help me. Somehow, despite the ATM being operated by an “outside entity” it is on Truist property, with Truist branding, and the support number is a Truist support number. I now have to file a claim and go through an entire brick wall of an investigatory process just to have MY money returned to me. I repeat, DO NOT bank at this location or with Truist.

Service is good but lord have mercy on the wait times! If you have to get in and get out you might need to bank with another bank or try another branch but this is so close to me but they only have one person in the front… always
