Truist has become untrustworthy with insane overdraft policies and outlandish terms to meet for overdraft protection. Apparently being a 10 year customer is not enough for Truist to be able to give me any benefits of protection. After the BBT and sun trust merger they must have kept some employees from Suntrust who enacted bad policies. I am walking away from this bank, because I am tired of getting kicked when I am down.
