I'm a truist customer, and went there to exchange dollars for euros since I'm traveling to Europe tomorrow. They told me they did not but that Wells Fargo did and sent me to Wells Fargo.Wells Fargo does NOT exchange dollars for euros unless I am a Wells Fargo customer so your information was wrong and you wasting my time.
Can I call the branch back to offer them that information so they didn't send anybody else on the same wild goose chase and the phone rang and rang and rang. I got to about 30 rings and said screw it, I'll give them a one star review.
If they answered the phone, they would not have got a one-star review.

Finally severed my banking relationship with Truist due to poor service particularly at this location. Their mobile banking app and phone service with the 1-800 numbers are pretty good. No issues going through the drive up either. However, sometimes you want to speak with a banker and this location has, in my opinion, has been understaffed for at least 2 years, to the extent where I've left the branch and had to return! My interaction with the woman was positive, but she was never to be seen again. I went to close an account and that male banker was very blah. The straw was when I went in to get a fee refunded back to me and the teller wasn't able to do so. Is there a banker available to refund my fee. No, she's on a training in the middle of the day. Is there another banker available? Also, no. The tellers give an energy of "I don't want to be here". My final complaint is that they charge a $3 fee for outgoing transfers.
Upon changing banks, I went into my now new bank, and was greeted by someone close by without hollering all the way across the bank, there was a specific person to triage me where I needed, and I was offered water. They seemed adequately staffed and prepared to deliver excellent service.

I've been with Truist longer than they've been known as Truist. Granted the service was better before the merger; Truist offers a perfectly good experience of you can minimize the human interactions.
If anyone reads this, the customer service via telephone is hit or miss. If you can get an natural born American citizen on the phone, you will have a decent experience. Also, if you do most of your banking digitally or online, you will have a better experience.
The hours are the hours... Saturdays, you may have to travel farther down the road to get to a branch. It's inconvenient, and Almighty God knows Truist Financial Corporation should be open longer than two hours on Saturday, but the truth is that Truist would rather not open at all on the weekend. They do it for us that would rather not miss work.
I've been with these people since 2002. I'm not switching. I believe I have the best branch banking and trust in all of America.

This gotta be the worst Truist I have been at. Not only they make you wait for simple transactions. But they make so many mistakes with the deposit. I am going to switch banking.
Update: 2 tellers for a busy branch doesn't make any sense.
