As a small business owner I have to say that I am truly disappointed with the staff at the Creedmoore location. I have had an issue every single time I want to do something as simple as depositing a check. I am a small business owner and you should be happy that I chose to bring my business to you. The fact that no one has shown any form of professionalism is insane to me. I will be closing my account immediately. You can’t even deposit a Truist check into a Truist account without Truist putting a hold on the check for absolutely no reason at all.

Today I went through the drive thru to get assistance with my loan payment. The teller present was not experienced with processing additional loan principal payments and proceeded to let me know that I needed to come inside the bank to receive help. Since I had already been in drive thru 25 minutes I asked if I could receive help immediately and she said no I would have to wait once inside. She needed me "to move so the line could move faster". The incompetence I experience each time I go there gets worse and it's very disappointing. I am investigating other methods to transfer my loan away from this institution. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch location and this banking institution. If I could give a "0" star, that would be a more realistic rating customer service is dismal.

Service at all Truist banks has gone downhill since the BB&T and SunTrust merger was announced. I used to go to this branch when it was BB&T and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The merger obviously resulted in the elimination of the majority of their staff, because most of the private offices are now empty. For over a year, merger-related technical difficulties resulted in two customer lines - one for SunTrust and one for BB&T - made worse by layoffs. Now when you enter, your presence is rarely (and somewhat begrudgingly) acknowledged. Several tellers seem engrossed in their computer screen and care not for customer service. What a dismal comment on the state of US banking - that the desire to grow ever larger means they lose interest in the one thing that got them where they are - their customers.

Horrible staff, if I could rate 0 I would. Unsure if other branches are as bad but this one is for the record books
