I deposited a check and cashed it this location. They miscounted money $100 less and blamed on me and other bank where I deposit my money. I’ve never been this experience that a bank makes mistake like this. I don’t trust this bank, especially this location.

Wow, this has been my bank since it was CCB... almost 22 years and I recently received the worst service of any bank I have ever dealt with. From no one answering the phone at the branch, to being put on hold for 30 minutes and then hung-up on, to being told there's "nothing they can do" to help me and never once getting through to speak to actual loan service personnel at my personal branch (they were "too busy"). I'm really disappointed and will be looking for another bank. CCB and Suntrust were always good to me, but TRUSIT... not at all.

Absolutely awful service. A man with blonde hair at the front desk was extremely rude to my mother when she wasn’t doing anything wrong (just trying to get a cashiers check). We had to go to another truist just to get the check because he refused to give it to her for absolutely no reason. Thankfully the truist on falls of neuse had way better service. There is a reason this place does not have great reviews. We will be switching banks after this occurrence and my mother has been banking with you guys for around 20 years (BB&T). If he would of spoken in a kind manner things would have been different, but he was snippy, disrespectful, and dismissive! He was even rude to the person before my mother in line. It is not okay to take bad moods out on loyal customers.

Terrible, rude staff. All I wanted to ask at drive-thru after making a deposit was my balance. They would not take a second to listen to me - then argued with me. Spoke with manager. This b ank needs new staff who will listen to customers and treat with respect.
