See attached document showing emails going on since Feb 2024 of having provided insurance policy declaration as proof of insurance as requested by Truist. I have been wrongly charged $739 of a Forced Policy Placement that should have been incurred because I (and my insurance company have repeatedly provided asked for proof of insurance). This is never going to stop at this point. I will not provide the same information because their IT systems or processes (or both) cannot handle their requests. I need help here. I am thinking of going to arbitration or suing them in court for mishandling of my loan.
