My experience at the Brier Creek SECU branch has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been a loyal customer for about 5 years and have always used this branch as my primary bank. However, my mortgage experience with them was an absolute disaster. Due to improper approval information, I ended up losing thousands of dollars.
To make matters worse, I was also a victim of bank fraud and the branch's handling of the situation was extremely poor. The branch manager, Kirt, displayed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. He explicitly stated that he did not care about my status as a victim and made it clear that he had the final say in all decisions. Despite my attempts to escalate the issue, he adamantly refused to help and left me feeling helpless.
Kirt's attitude and behavior are a disgrace to the banking community. His dismissive and callous demeanor only added to the distress of an already difficult situation. I feel completely taken advantage of by this branch and strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them. My overall experience has been nothing short of a nightmare
