I'd give a zero if i could. I've been banking with SECU for almost 30 years and never received such poor and rude customer service. Recently had to call to check on a mailed check, and was told I was interrupting their work schedule for them to assist me. If you don't want to feel like you're a thorn in the side of the employees here go elsewhere. What is the point of good customer service anymore right?!?

They deserve a ZERO! Literally the worst bank service I’ve ever experienced in life. No one spoke, I had a question and got attitude in return for no reason! I was stared at and talked to as if I was less than. The African American Teller with braids was extremely rude and no one that has something as small as a question about should be treated that way! They really need to work on better customer service!
