Efren hizo que el proceso fuera muy fácil y pudo completar el notario para un título de un vehículo que yo estaba vendiendo. Efren hizo todo lo posible para reunirse conmigo después de horas y completar el notario de forma gratuita. Servicio como este no se puede encontrar en ningún otro lugar.

There was only one teller at the counter who proceeded to chat with a customer about something they had in common which didn't seem to have an end. With no regard for me standing in line waiting to be serviced. I left to go to another branch. Poor customer service.
