Wasn't receiving mail due to changing address, called multiple times to try to change it over the phone but they couldn't accommodate. They closed the account due to "inactivity" and gave the balance to the state, saying it was my job to bring up the account status when I called.

If I could give 0 stars I would PLEASE PLEASE do not bank with them this is their second time STEALING MY MONEY ! 1st time was Saturday at a ATM the 2nd time was Monday at a different location. & while I was waiting to get seen I over heard another young lady complaining going off about them stealing her money too & now she can’t pay for her school books. I’m in the process of getting my car refinanced & paying off my loan so I can get rid of them for good. I’m trying to upload the video ( proof ) but it won’t let me people please leave this bank
