- JJJohnJul 28, 20251.0Wasn't receiving mail due to changing address, called multiple times to try to change it over the phone but they couldn't accommodate. They closed the account due to "inactivity" and gave the balance to the state, saying it was my job to bring up the account status when I called.

I’m in the process of getting my car refinanced & paying off my loan so I can get rid of them for good. I’m trying to upload the video ( proof ) but it won’t let me people please leave this bank
