I will never come back to this location. I went there trying to invest in some stocks and was talk down to like I was an uneducated person, I am college educated. The man that handles the stocks office try to scare me off from buying stock by saying that I would loose all my money if I did. I have actually became very successful at it. I feel that I was judge by the way I look and would never come back to this branch again.

I have with the credit union since 2006. I have finally been approved for a loan for $1000 and that was like pulling teeth to get that amount. They bring up things from my credit that occurred from my divorce and from more than 7 years ago. I don't have another bank so all my funds are deposited into this bank. I was once again turned down for a vehicle loan. What is the point of being with a bank 14 years if they can't do anything but deny you.

I walked into the Pacific Drive branch today in Raleigh, NC, in need of assistance with banking matters and after being seated in a designated area for a few minutes, Stephen Edmister walked over to me cordially calling out my name. We love to hear the sound of our name being called. He led me to his office and asked how he may be of service. Long story short he inquired, assisted, offered advise and essentially went above and beyond in offering superior service as a SECU banking representative. Thanks much Mr. Edmister.
