From the start, the receptionist (Christian) was indifferent—no greeting, no “thank you,” and our own polite hellos were met with silence or looks of annoyance. At the counter, the teller acted inconvenienced by a simple transaction, gave a forced thank you so quiet it might as well not have been said, and seemed more focused on chatting with a coworker. The branch wasn’t even busy, which made the lack of courtesy worse. Maybe we were treated this way because we were new faces, but that’s no excuse—overall it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional, and left us not desiring to return to the branch at all.

Justin was the opposite of helpful, perfunctory and emotionless. Completely confusing, actually gave me directly wrong directions and a waste of precious hours in our week.
