I had a horrible customer service experience, I asked to get my user id and password for mobile so I can connect to my job so I could get paid early to pay some of my bills. Im low because they cut off snap benefits and I had to pay rent and feed myself. I usually have this problem so I call and they usually verify that im the person I say I am but this lady wants to have a attitude and wont answer my questions on why i haveto to do it in personwhen i never had to before. It feels to me she didnt want to do the work because they were about to close mind you an hour later. It doesn't take but 10 minutes not even. All I needed was to pay my bills. Fix yalls customer service attitudes because this wasn't it. She was either dory(dora) or working with her. Near 4:35, im literally at work and can't get to the bank in time. This shouldn't have to be a come to the bank situation. They should do there jobs and handle the situation properly!

I called to get assistance with my account and the person that answered the phone didn’t want to connect me to a financial advisor. First mistake then when I finally did get one the lady was rude, had a tone , didn’t introduce herself and then hung up on me. This is not okay and it makes me very uncomfortable. This is where I bank and have banked for years and this is how I am to be treated. It’s time to switch banks. If you are that unhappy with your job then you need to stay home. Please please be mindful of how you treat others because you reap what you sow. That’s why I’m always kind to others. Even when they are rude, nasty and ugly to me.
