I live in this community and today I made up my mind that I will never visit this branch again. There is a Caucasian lady in particular who is at the window who I experience when I walked inside who did not want to help me but aside from that always has a attitude like she does not want to be bothered. Came through the drive-through today and let's just say that the men who work at this branc(and or the drive thru/teller) are 100% 10 times nicer and personable than the females!!! I will never only use the downtown Raleigh and Hammond rd. The tellers are simply kind!

I’m disappointed with this location. If you have anything less than perfect credit, expect to get denied for pretty much any loan big or small. The branch in Greenville was understanding of my credit issues. They discussed with me what I could do to improve my credit and approved me for multiple loans that I payed back on time. I have 2 car loans that were paid back on time; never late. I’ve never been late with any loan with them. So after moving to Raleigh, I go into this location expecting the same treatment and was denied. According to Crystal, the loan officer, their standards for approving applications is well above the Greenville location. That’s interesting because this IS the SAME credit union, am I right??? Crystal is your typical smug, condescending loan officer. If you’re a person of color, expect to be discriminated against. So again, if you’re black and don’t have an 800 credit score or above stay FAR, FAR away from Crystal. Or this location for that matter.
