- JBJessica BalesNov 12, 20251.0If I could give negative stars I would. This is hands down the WORST customer service I've ever gotten from FNB multiple times. I have called about 8 times to schedule a phone appointment with Michelle or Carol to discuss my accounts... they literally never call. I even have called other managers from other branches to see what is going on and they've left notes to have michelle or carol call me back... which I've never heard back. I've started to look for other banks because the customer service has been absolute garbage. They say the branch that opened your account is the one you're supposed to talk to, but they literally NEVER call you back. I will be leaving FNB specifically because of Michelle Winters and Carol (unsure of her last name).

I understand protocols but I’ve been to several First national banks since working for this company and I’ve never had this happen to me before.
- BSBrad StancilJun 12, 20242.0The worst experience.This used to be Union Bank but First National bought them out. Long hold on my check that I deposited from my own business account from another bank. Late on all my bills and my children's childcare payments. I was told I altered my signature card and they threaten to close my account unless I signed it the way they wanted it signed. Went to Providence Bank instead no problems the way I sign the card there. The good is the people that are the tellers there. Bryce was real helpful at this location and all the tellers I used were really great folks.
