The staff at the Edwards Mill branch is supremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. Every time I have needed help with international wire transfers (sending and receiving), reviewing/reversing weird fees, or just dealing with random personal banking issues, the staff, in particular Antonio, has always gone above and beyond to help me as quickly as possible and followed up after the fact. The mobile banking app is very clean and easy to use, as is the web version (much superior to what many other large banks offer). I definitely recommend First Horizons, and I -absolutely- recommend the Edwards Mills branch. You won't find a better group of people that will try to remember your name and make your banking easy and painless. Seriously. I'm putting my name on this review because I mean it. Five stars all the way.

- MKM “BigMcLargeHuge” KSep 26, 20194.0I have had pretty sloppy customer service in the past when they changes from mastercard to Visa (thank God they did), but I raised my voice in a calm and concise manner and formally filed a complaint with corporate. They ended up going above and beyond for me, and won back some of their rating. I still maintain my Charles Schwab account for everything except personal expenses, but would recommend Capital Bank if you need a place to keep money for a short period of time. Mobile app used to be utter garbage, but it's progressively gotten better in the past year and it's nice to see the updates when they come.
