All I needed was some information about a payoff loan and nobody can tell me I’ve reached out to my banker. Left him three messages left his assistant three Messages also went on hold for 45 minutes between two different people. They could not give me the information somebody from “” upstairs had to give it to me, but nobody was there today. All I want to do is pay off the debt I owed to them and nobody can give me a number. I did have one young lady that was very helpful, but I talked to a guy named Keyshawn and he cussed me out and hung out on me. if anyone from the bank can contact me to give me this information I would appreciate it, but for a bank of this size to not have anybody and I mean anybody from the bank or from their 800 number to give me one simple number of a payoff is totally unacceptable

In June 2021 after several months and numerous requests to get a paper copy of our bank statement & credit card mailed to our company we terminated our accounts and moved our corporate banking relationship to First Citizens. 16 months after closing our accounts I received a phone call from First Horizon collections. Apparently they didn't close our corporate credit card account and an automated subscription renewal of $99 hit the account in FEB 2022. At no time in the period between FEB & OCT 2022 did we receive either an emailed or mailed statement and no one from First Horizons called us. Frankly, I don't know how this bank stays in business. Avoid them like the plague.
