As a business owner, I’m very disgusted if you are thinking about doing business banking with first citizens bank, please rethink and go to Navy Federal. The Hispanic girl had my money orders verified which took an hour of Me standing on my feet and still put a 5 day hold so sad and unprofessional I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this issue UPDATE: AS A BUSINESS OWNER THIS IS BY FAR AGAIN THE MOST INSAIN BANK IN THE UNIVERSE the branch manager is so rude so is the staff just take my advice and go to navy federal for all your business needs I highly recommend them!!! This guys in here are a joke would not let me take all my money out there bank. I’m so done with this branch I went to six forks they serviced me with grace but this branch is disgusting!
