I was dealing with some issues with my account (due to external factors, not bank issues) but the team at the Creedmoor branch helped me to resolve it and took care of the issues which saved me time and possibly having to make trips to other businesses in the area. Highly recommend First Citizens and this branch.

Returned on June 2016 to add more Money and then they told me i have 0 balance. Jackie told because i didnt register online and thats why there was monthly charges. No one told me that in the first day because it wouls take me 2 minutes to register online. But she told me i was lying and i have been told! Jackie also told me she will check with managers in order to pay me only 16 bucks. But she never called me. Im really sorry to see someone like Jackie works there with that attitude. Totally unprofessional and totally stole my money. She didnt even allow me to talk to a manager. Never gonna go there and i will stick with PNC and Bank of America
