First, one of my employees bank account was hacked on a Sunday night and transferred around $50,000 and wiped out his account. He called the bank first thing Monday morning and nothing. The bank NEVER refunded his money. Second, I invested 1.5 million through the banks investment side during a bear market in 2021. Their financial guy Greg was supposed to let me know when we were out of the bear market to start investing 400,00 dollars sitting in a money market earning 5%. Every time I talked to Greg about investing into stocks all he would say is, " no, not yet, I'm doing good at 5%. I LOST HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS IN PROFITS in the last 2 years from being lied to in a bull market! Thanks a lot Greg Weiss for making me pennies on the dollar while you made the bank a fortune on my money. Also, my online account has been successfully hacked 3 times in 2 years. First Citizens has GREAT alerts for your protection, they just don't teach their customers how to use it. I learned when my employee was hacked early on.

Again we're a military family with no local banking We use USAA. Thank God for Wells Fargo they are military family appreciative and willing to help me get something notarized.

So when I opened my business accounts, I went to FCB. Everyone at this location were really nice, and so far I've had excellent experience at the location with all my banking needs.
