I called to complain I was only charged fees for the same type of transaction at this branch location, for differing amounts, and with only certain tellers. The branch manager, Jennifer, continued to talk to others while I was on the call with her and didn't listen to me. She attempted to quote a fee to me, but the charges didn't match. Her only response was, "I'll talk to my team".

Didn't even explain account terms to me and added on a joint telling me it was necessary when it wasnt. I would have cancelled my account if not finding Tammy in Princeton with first citizens. Ok bank just don't go to this location!!!!!
