- KHKEY HARDNETTJul 7, 20251.0Visited this branch in hopes of getting information to set up a trust. Arrived at 9am, informed one of the tellers that I would like to speak with someone about a trust. With being the first customer in the bank, I assumed that I would be assisted quickly. I sat for over 15 minutes and not one single person assisted me. I returned back to the counter only to be told that the person that I need to speak with is in meetings but I could leave my number for him to call me. I declined a call due to a previous experience where I was told that I would get a call but never did. I am amazed at how the teller was willing to take my money to set up the trust but couldn’t provide me with any information about cost to set up or any specific information relevant to the set up of the trust. Very nonchalant about the lack of keeping the customer informed. Definitely won’t place any of my money in this bank.

We bring you a lot of business.Teach her some good customer service skills or get rid of her. Everytime I or someone comes in she does not acknowledge us, just takes the money walks away hands you the receipt and walks away. Unacceptable if I could give 0 stars I would.

Teller by the name Zari Ashtari was very rude, she’s never friendly to me when I come inside the branch. When I do have to do a transaction I will not engage with her. This issue needs to be addresses because people like her need to be more polite to people no matter what color you are. She deserves no star!!
