- KHKEY HARDNETTJul 7, 20251.0Visited this branch in hopes of getting information to set up a trust. Arrived at 9am, informed one of the tellers that I would like to speak with someone about a trust. With being the first customer in the bank, I assumed that I would be assisted quickly. I sat for over 15 minutes and not one single person assisted me. I returned back to the counter only to be told that the person that I need to speak with is in meetings but I could leave my number for him to call me. I declined a call due to a previous experience where I was told that I would get a call but never did. I am amazed at how the teller was willing to take my money to set up the trust but couldn’t provide me with any information about cost to set up or any specific information relevant to the set up of the trust. Very nonchalant about the lack of keeping the customer informed. Definitely won’t place any of my money in this bank.

Teller by the name Zari Ashtari was very rude, she’s never friendly to me when I come inside the branch. When I do have to do a transaction I will not engage with her. This issue needs to be addresses because people like her need to be more polite to people no matter what color you are. She deserves no star!!
- MFMike FriedmanFeb 11, 20211.0I opened an account last March. My account was hacked in July. May or May not have been my fault. First citizens immediately closed my account before calling me. I was then told to reapply in 6 months. I reapply, they close the account in 2 hours. Made appointment with Bank manager, who said she would look into it and call me. No call ever received. Called back and was told my information was not acceptable. No explanation. They lost a customer. The fraud unit has "blackballed" me forever with no explanation and I'm not allowed to use First Citizens ever again.
