- JJJ.Aug 15, 20221.0I have been a customer of this branch for years, but I did not use it except for savings and a safe box. Today, I tried to wire out money but I was fiercely faced by Gerry Gulliory who she claims to be the branch manager. She was trying to find any reason not to wire out the money. I can safely say that she is the rudest and the most ignorant banker that I have ever dealt with. I strongly believe that she has denied the service for a reason that should not be tolerated. As a result, I withdrew my money, closed my account, and took my business to another bank.
- JJJosh JonesJul 11, 20221.0Bank says 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. I get to the door at 4:56 p.m. they lock the door on me then I ride around to the drive-thru and it says open and then they shut the window on me and hit the close sign it ain't even 5:00 yet so why false advertising plus I'm a loyal customer I keep plenty of money in both accounts it does not seem right to me for y'all to say 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. if you don't stay open to 5:00 p.m.
