I received a loan of dozen properties from the Select Bank before the First Bank bought it. I am trying to sell few properties from this loan. I was informed that I will have to pay back 80% of SELLING PRICE. I am shocked. I sold 12 properties so far from last year. I got loan from different banks ( United Bank, Southern Bank, First Citizens Bank, Dogwood state Bank, First National Bank ). They ask you to pay back what your balance is . The CEO Michael and the President Adam told me that I got a loan with very low interest around 4% few years ago. Now the current commercial loan interest goes up a lot. It means they are losing money! I told them you got loan with very low interest as well at that moment. I suggest you have them to put on the term on the paper like my situation to protect yourself. They want your every penny from client to benefit themselves. They are not reasonable bank to deal with. Be cautious!
