- CCChelsey CogginsJun 15, 20221.0This bank is terrible. This is the only bank that constantly puts a hold on my checks from work because it’s not a check from their bank. I also signed a document for an overdraft fee saying my card should decline if I don’t have enough funds in it, which apparently means nothing. They have accepted two different charges when I didn’t have enough in my account and then charged me an overdraft fee. They refunded me one of the $30 overdraft fees but not the other. I’ve been there 4 times for it and still no refund. Closing my account with them and never going back.
