By far the worst bank I have to deal with on a regular basis. The lady running the window is less than helpful, she literally tries to inconvenience you. I was recently asked to come inside to complete my business for a simple car payment with nobody behind me. What is the purpose of the window? She has yet to provide any services to me at the window.
I believe the only thing she's capable of doing is telling you no. Currently moving every single account I have. It is a real shame that BB&T is gone and this is what has replaced it. Absolutely the worst. Glenn is a horrible manager.
This bank has wasted my time, and effort. They have allowed illegitimate charges to pass right through my account and not offered any help or protection. They have unlocatable policies that even the internal bank specialists can't comprehend or clarify.
They just play pretend, don't trust your money here!!
