She never spoke to me, just to someone else concerning me. “I’m going to need a second pair of eyes” “we need to call the customer and verify” like I stole someone’s check book. I rattled off the phone number like please call because you’re being extremely rude. There are professional ways to say, just a moment please, I need to verify because it’s a large sum. Then when she realized it was legit, she smugly stated, “there’s an $8 fee to cash this” I took my check and went to SECU!! They had no issue! I will never bank at First Horizon and after I tell the person who wrote the check how first horizon employees treated me, I bet they won’t bank there anymore either! (It’s my mom!!!) Word of mouth is a powerful tool!! And it seems like this bank is going to find out! You can’t treat people like trash and think they’re going to keep coming back!!!
