  Terrible customer service in this branch I feel like the whole Wells Fargo banking corporation has gone downhill severely.

  Having made my 2nd appointment today to open a business bank account, after banking with Wells Fargo for over 25 years, I am extremely displeased at the lack of customer service and lack of consideration that the “Vice President” JYOTI GOKHALE exemplified today. She was persistent that if her 4:00 appointment came in that she would have to cease the application and I could complete online or reschedule to come in another day. Unfortunately things happen beyond our control that take a little longer than the anticipated time slot. She didn’t seem to care that I have scheduled time away from my business 2 times now and due to her lack of customer service, she has caused some of my accounts to be delayed on payment. Seems to me she could have spared 15 minutes to ensure I was a satisfied client but for some reason I was an inconvenience to her today. I tried to be frank, respectful, punctual etc in my timeliness of providing everything she needed. To say I am disappointed in her lack of ambition and attention to the customers needs is an understatement. Hopefully she was just having a bad day or maybe she needs to find a little wiggle room for customers.

  Just went in today to close an account I've had with this particular branch since it was First Union. 25+ years! I've never had an overdraft or any issues. My accounts have always been in good standing. They were more than happy to close the account. Very eager, in fact. No one at this branch greets you when you enter, or bothers to say much at all. I felt like I was unwelcome, which has been the case here quite often over the past few years.

  worest experience with wells fargo (even when it was wachovia) in 11 years. staff were extreemly slow and very unprofessional. they couldn't care less for people time. manager was nowhere to be found so she can authorize a check that is only a fraction of account balance. even when she was finally found, she start to make fun of my name loud enough for eveyone in the lobby to hear. the drawer has no enough cash and the teller was asking every other teller if they have cash or not? i am very pissed of. what usualy takes 2 minutes in any bank even other wells fargo branches took over 45 minutes.this wa a nightmare
