I have never banked with a bank that didn’t put customers first! On my break from work I had a few minutes to spare to deposit a check. Just switched banks. Note this my second check. First the two black ladies decided to carry on their conversation they were having and told me they not ready for me yet! And being me I asked them were they talking bank talk (because I’m not on their time.) Then the black lady try to make me feel like my check fake. I just cashed a check earlier from a whites lady with no problem. So, I asked her what make her feel like she has to go these extra steps when I cashed a check earlier and the white lady was so professional and cashed my check! Then she states she going to call my job when I have my job attire on, to verify the check. Assuming because I’m black and I shouldn’t be making that kind of money! It be your own people and she too old to stereo type people. Every human should either be treated like a scammer or with respect. Glad this will not be my local bank! Very discussed how I was treated

Sometimes in life, we get knocked down. We need help getting back up. I worked with Kayla W., and she went above and beyond to help me get back on my feet. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you, SECU team!"
