I have done mortgages with you and it was a terrible experience and now you tell customer's to go elsewhere for services?!? Why do business with you at all? Highly disappointed with Wells Fargo and I've been a customer of yours since 2007. I'll be shopping around to see if the credit union's give me better customer service. I have already pulled most of my savings as there is no benefit of being a customer anymore. I get higher interest rates with online banks and I can pay for notary services with them as well (this is not a customer with only $5 in her savings account either)....
- RPR PApr 4, 20161.0I was advised that they were not obligated to cash a cashier's check for me buy if I opened a new account they would cash it for me. They advised it's a case by case basis, seems to be a ploy to get you to invest more.
