I first went to the main street mount airy location and they was closed for no reason.... so I decided to travel on down to pilot mountain location. I would have been better counting my loses and waiting until Monday to get my banking needs resolved. I sit for 30 minutes in a drive thru and never plan to do this again..

I absolutely love going to this location. Renee and Carol do an amazing job and is always so friendly and helpful every time I go there.
