- RKRachael K2 days ago5.0My local branch (king) put a week long hold on a check (customer service said the branch put the hold on it) that I took to the drive thru to deposit. At first I wasn't to irritated about the hold until I found out NONE of my funds would be available until the hold was up. The branch manager was on leave when I called days later and was directed to call the direct manager of Pilot. At first I wasn't going to because the king branch and customer service kept telling me the same thing that I had to wait until the full 7 days was up. Well I called and spoke with branch manager Becky and she had my funds available to me within a few minutes of our call. Thank you Ms. Becky, you seem to value Truist customers and that, I truly appreciate!
