- TJTHOMAS JACKSONApr 22, 20251.0I stop by this bank on my way to Winston Salem and was waiting at the drive thru window the main window and I noticed no one was getting behind me after they opened and no one waiting on me a lady in the other line said that the bank never used that window anymore so I pulled around and parked and went in the bank and asked about the drive thru window and the lady was very rude and said that it had been closed for around 2 years like I suppose to know that you would think that someone would put a sign in the window!!!!! I know that they need to review the help that work at that branch I will stay with the Mount Airy branch where they are very nice and helpful and everything works.

Now im at another location with someone who is actually smart and doing things right and trying to fix what pilot location screwed up. This location is one that i will avoid in the future nothing but idiots here.
