Went by ATM and it was out of service. Second time in a week. What's the use of having a ATM if it is constantly not working. You have got to do betterTruist. Its the only way to check my debit card balance since the new card doesn't allow you to call on the phone like the old one did. Need to put that option on the new card. You make things worse by trying to make things better. As they say , If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The ladies are always super helpful and address you by name with a smile. I don’t get all the bad reviews. Truist in general sucks as a bank but it’s not these ladies fault. The company overall cares little about the customer anymore and more about protecting themselves. This is the only branch I’ll go to in Wayne County as a matter of fact. If you want terrible service with smug attitude why don’t you visit your local Goldsboro branch off William Street. Then you’ll see terrible customer service in action.

Extremely unprofessional uncaring front counter staff that take away from all the hard workers done to build customer relationship by the bankers.
