  Bruce Hodgin is a fantastic Financial Advisor. We have been with him as clients for more than 10 years. His sound suggestions have helped us prepare for our future, even though it is not exactly where we thought we would be going. My husband has a debilitating anti-inflammatory disease. When he was forced into retirement because of this illness, we had hoped to travel and enjoy hobbies during this time in our lives. Instead, we have had to choose long-term care insurance instead of Hawaii, home health equipment instead of cruises and many other unexpected choices. Bruce and his staff have been right there with us! Fortunately, we feel that our situation is a path the Lord had laid out for us long ago, and we treat each new challenge as our next adventure. We are VERY grateful that we are prepared to spend money for this kind of adventure, due to following the advice our well-educated advisor. The Edward Jones system includes training of the clients so that they will know why and how to invest for long-term success. Our first meeting consisted of the principles of investment. Our next assignment was goal-setting. Open communication has always been encouraged between life partners AND the advisor. Bruce is EXTREMELY gifted in education without being offensive, especially where we had been making mistakes in our finances. Thanks to Bruce, we are in pretty good shape; even though we came late to financial planning. We continue to place our trust in Bruce and his staff because of the results we see on a long-term basis. Like almost everyone, we suffered losses in 2008. However, our good news is that we recovered in record time and have surpassed every milestone before our goal time had come.
