The tellers, pink hair and Karen cut, are the most incompetent rude people I've met in a bank. The girl right inside the door is amazing. The managers are great. The tellers should not work around people. I've been in there 7 times and every time I've dealt with those 2 tellers they have messed up and been openly rude.

She claims for multiple occasions me and my spouse have to be there to take care of certain things then she changes her story to cater to my spouse to make it easier on him. Pathetic and poor customer service! I agree when the bank was ran by other employees so much better customer service! Her tone of her voice and the way she handles things needs some improvement….thank you!

Their communication is below average. All my transactions are slow to post to my account. Chad the bank manager is a liar and told me things just so he would not have to deal with my complaints. I will be closing my account just as soon as a 7 day hold is lifted. I was unaware of the hold but had no choice but to deposit it there because that's where i bank. Take your money to union bank or state employee credit union or hell even truist gotta be better than this place. They were a whole different bank when they were capital bank or first Tennessee. First horizon is a headache all day long.
