- AHAshley HaleyMar 27, 20251.0Sneaky fees and shady practices regarding overdraft fees. Not at all transparent on the labeling of their fees. They make it purposely confusing to opt out of overdraft protection. Will close your accounts while on vacation if account has no activity and or no payments coming in. This location has helpful staff they are nice and give great customer service. My only negative remarks are for the bank policies not the local branch.
