- SJShelly JohnsonOct 20, 20221.0Customer service is so bad that I decided for direct deposit so I never have to go in there again and deal with them. All they do is roll their eyes at you and give you dirty looks. They will get annoyed with you and huff and puff like children just for having to cash a check. I would avoid working with them if possible.
