Keep in mind that this is a smaller bank so sometimes you do have to wait in line but it is what it is. I would much rather wait in line at a bank with friendly staff who know my name than someplace where they could not care less about their customers.

Also the account manager was very rude to my husband and when we were wanting to open another account. She was basically trying to convince us to go somewhere else... That is not how you keep business.
