I wish I could give this bank 0 stars. They have no idea what is going on. Could care less when they screw up. Obviously the constant new employees every other week should have been a sign. They screwed up with my business account and now with my personal accounts. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this branch and truist as a whole.

Elderly Beware!!! Truist and specifically Oak Ridge Truist cannot be trusted or counted on to protect your accounts.Allowed $82,000 to be stolen from incapacitated 84 year old and will not provide credit for $31,000 of charges they should have stopped and then when complained retaliated by involuntarily closing the deceaseds accounts and holding the remaining funds they did not allow to be held hostage. Abhorrent treatment!

This place is just terrible...tellers are rude and want to do as little work as possible and managers are showing them best way to do nothing...banks should be all about customer service as that is their business...at truist I think that has been dumped by the wayside ...count me as an ex-customer...

I have used SunTrust for years. Not for much longer. Last night their SunTrust app and website switched over to Truist. I can access the website on my computer but I cannot download their new app. It says my phone is not compatible. I have a 2020 Motorola with Android 11. According to their own specs my phone must be Android 8 or higher. I had no problem with my SunTrust app but now I can no longer do mobile deposits, etc. When I called customer service they had no clue why my phone is not compatible and just kept saying they were sorry. As soon as I make a decision on which bank to go to I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will tell everyone I know to never bank here.
