Very helpful personnel. Talk to a person instead of a machine giving you unwanted information.

Warning to all adult children of aging parents, get their money out of SECU! If I could give zero stars to this Oak Ridge branch, I would!
You claim to protect seniors from fraud, but you failed my 74-year-old mother when she needed you most. Over the course of dozens of high-penalty withdrawals totaling more than $350,000, not once did your institution question the pattern or take steps to intervene. She was not rate shopping (she wouldn’t even know how). She was living with undiagnosed Alzheimer’s and frontotemporal dementia. She sought your guidance in good faith and a few months later, the scamming began. She was clearly vulnerable. Now she has nothing.
Your claims of safeguarding elderly customers are outlandish when you ignored every red flag in her behavior. Real protection means more than words on a page or social media post. It means training for your employee, awareness, responsibility, and action. You failed her and her family!
