Lights were off in customer service office and branch manager's office. The only office that was occupied was the mortgage lending specialist. He would not even acknowledge our presence. All I wanted was to access my safe deposit box and had to leave without success. Is there some new rule that customers should not expect to be recognized between 11:00 and 11:30 on Tuesday mornings?
