- AYAmber YanetskoAug 11, 20221.0I came into this location on Monday at 4:15 and was told I could not open an account because it was too late in the day. Wells Fargo is open until 5 pm and I do not drive so I wasn’t able to just come back any day. I was turned away and told to go somewhere else. I cannot believe how terrible the customer service was in this location and I will never come back.
