Part of that paperwork they need are the transactions in my account for documentation of the cashiers checks I received from Wells Fargo yesterday. The Newton location told me they could not print and told me how to do it at home, however, the documents that I downloaded on my computer looked like I copy and pasted. My lender did not accept this! I called the service line and a man named Thomas so graciously called another bank and requested they do it for me and they agreed. Just FYI (from the service line) it is Wells Fargo policy to refuse to print a statement for you. If a business can’t meet a customers needs then the business isn’t for the customer. I called this morning and asked to come in without an appointment to open accounts for my kids. The man on the phone said I could but when I arrived I was told I needed one. I relayed that I had called and Sean allowed us to come in. I did not expect to be in and out since I didn't have an appointment but Sean and Erica were kind and helped us out. 2 other branches in the Hickory area wouldn't pick up the phone and a 3rd one told me we couldn't be seen until next week. I'm so grateful for their help and kindness!
