    I go here every week to get money off my debit card, the cash advance feature lets me get my money without having to pay stupid ATM fees, just sucks they don't open til 9am lol

    If only negative stars were an option. BB&T Bank is HANDS! DOWN! THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AROUND. Customer service is inept, and blameless...they deposit a $15K+ check into a complete stranger's account and then have the nerve to get an attitude when they have to get your money back?
