- BBBrenAug 30, 20251.0I should have listened to the other negative reviews.. If you're going to discuss a loan GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! TRUST ME!!! They will lie to you to loop you in! -They will Hard inquire your credit, without knowing if their company even do the kind of loan you're applying to (regardless of credit score) - They WILL NOT call you back, no matter how important you tell them it is. I had multiple collateral vehicles, which I explained the title status of each item, Michael swore up and down 'if this one doesnt work we could definitely get these to work etc...' at least something to work.... Turns out Truist as a policy DOES NOT DO ANY of what I had specifically asked Michael if they could/couldnt do. He ran my credit BEFORE even verifying with Truist. Even the personal loan he swore up and down I could have cash out the same day didn't work because he dragged his feet. I would have NEVER let them run my credit had I known Michael had no idea what he was doing!
